Meaning it cleared your old CF-II and CF-III settings? Or you can no longer save CF-II/III settings as it always now clears them? It does not seem to 'remember' custom settings done on CF-II & CF-III. Just Upgraded my 7D from 2.0.0 to new 2.0.3 firmware.
